Spooner Lake State Park is located about 15 miles from Incline Village, NV, near the east shore of Lake Tahoe on Highway 28, 3/4 mile before the intersection of HWY 50 to South Shore Lake Tahoe.
The trail is a dirt single track "easy to moderate" trail. Parking will be $2.00 per vechile, please bring check to Nevada State Parks, or cash for parking fee.
